How to make chocolate chip cookies?
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- Butter: for this recipe we are using soft butter, before starting making the cookies we are gonna leave the butter outside from the fridge so it can get warmer and easier to work with.
- Granulated sugar: with the right amount you get to make the best desserts.
- Brown sugar
- Vanilla
- Egg: we are using a really small egg.
- All propuse flour
- Baking soda
- Chocolate: we are using chips that we make ourselves (we are gonna put the Link on the product for make chocolate chip by scratch) and chocolate chunks.
MATERIALS YOU NEED:
- Scale or measuring cups
- Baking pan
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Ice cream scoop: for the right amount of dough on each
- Chocolate chip mold
TIMES:
- It takes about 10 minutes to prepare, just because you need to weight the ingredients, and cut the chocolate into small pieces because it literally takes no time.
- it takes 12 minutes to bake for the perfect chewy/ crunch proportion..If you like your cookies more crunchy you can bake them more time but if you’d like them to me softer just leave them in the oven for less time.
BAKES:
It takes 12 minutes!
The perfect texture for your dough should not be dry at all or over sticky. If the dough is too sticky leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Here you can see the perfect texture for this cookies.
TIPS:
- Everything should be room temperature. If you plan on making cookies one specific day, leave your ingredients out of the fridge such as butter and eggs. We want our butter to be soft but we don’t wat it melted. The eggs will integrate better being on room temp.
- Use chocolate chips and chocolate chunks. I prefer to have different textures on my cookies, when cutting your own chocolate it’s gonna create different sizes and you’re gonna be blessed on each bite.
- Stir your flour and baking soda.
- The best tip for circular cookies is to place a cookie cutter or clear glass around one of the cookies on the baking sheet right after baking they have to be really hot still. Make sure the cutter or glass is bigger than the Cookie and use a swirling motion around them. If you make it when they’re still warm they should not break at all

RECIPE in cups and grams
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup + 1 tsp (120 grams) of soft butter
- 1/8 cup + 1 tbsp (40 grams) of granulated sugar
- 1/4 + 1/8 cup (70 grams) brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 small egg
- 1 + 1/4 cups (150 grams) AP flour (you may need one extra tbsp if the dough is too sticky)
- 1 + 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup (60 grams) dark chocolate
- 1/3 + 1/4 cups (100 grams) chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First of all you’re gonna put the soft butter in a bowl and work it with a spoon or fork, whatever you can use for this.
2. At this step you want to add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, remember that you can play with the proportions of sugar, add less or more from each.
3. At this point you can add one egg and vanilla. I recommend you leaving the egg outside from the fridge abut one hour before starting so it can be integrated more easily. Mix with your whisk or spoon whatever works better for you.
4. Stiff baking soda and flour so it becomes more loose and also to prevent lumps.
5. You want to use chocolate chips and chucks that you can cut with a knife. With the chunks you have different sizes of chocolate and you can have more pieces of each on every bite.
6. This is the texture you should have on, if you feel it too sticky you can add one more tbsp of flour. With the help of an ice cream scoop make these cookie circular shape or balls whatever. I recommend you placing your cookies in a baking pan really separate from each other because they’re not gonna maintain this shape, but with the help of a cookie cutter then you can mold them however you’d like in a circular way.
7. Bake at 190 F 374 F for about 13 minutes.
8. Finally Those are the cookies yum yum you can eat them now.
HOW TO FREEZE YOUR COOKIE DOUGH
It’s really simple, you can make a big batch of cookie dough, form balls with the help of an ice cream scoop, put it in a baking pan and freeze, then after they’re frozen you can put them on a Tupperware or whatever you like to use for freezing stuff.
At the moment of eating them, you grab as many as you want and bake them, it’s gonna take about 18 minutes maybe to bake and they’re ready to eat.
