Ingredients

  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream (240 grams)
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (37 grams)
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • We are gonna start making whipped cream you’re gonna add heavy whipping cream into a cold bowl and whip on medium speed if you’re using an electric hand mixer. If you’re doing it manually with a whisk do it as fast as you can;,) . When you see that the cream starts to thicken a little bit, you are gonna add 3 tbsp of sugar. You will know when the whipped cream is ready when it’s pretty much doubled in size and it holds its shape on the end of the whisk. Make sure you don’t over-beat the cream because it would make butter.
  • Cut the bread into thick slices. And then cut all the fruits like you see in the pictures
  • You put a slice of bread and then a thick layer of cream. On top of that you add one strawberry and the kiwi (when you cut the kiwi you only wanna cut the outside green part without the seeds. Look :)the strawberries should lay on the side the long part so when you cut it it would make a flower shape.
  • Then you’re gonna add more cream on top and put a slice of bread on top. Cover in plastic wrap and then using a marker draw a line on the direction it should we cut
  • Now when making the banana sandwich this is how you should make it! First you’re gonna cut really thin parts of the banana like it’s shown on the pictures. And then you just add the kiwi.
  • Repeat the wrapping process and put them both in a plate or baking pan so they don’t move around, leave it in the fridge for a couple hours if you can. You can also eat it at the moment but it would probably get all messy so I recommend leaving it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes and then cut! And eat!
