Dough
- 2 eggs
- 110 grams granulated sugar 0.55 cups
- 250 ml whole fat cow milk 8.45 floz
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 300 grams all purpose flour 2.4 cups
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Make sure you have a whisk because you need to really fast mix it or you will have cooked eggs. When sugar gets in contact with the eggs they cook and it’s not a texture you want in your waffles, i promise lol. Add oil, you can use whatever fat you like better, even MELTED butter.

Now you want to have your waffle maker warm and ready, put some butter or oil with the help of a paper towel or a brush and cover the middle with the batter. Then add Nutella on top and cover with more batter. We didn’t do this right so it spilled everywhere.
