Ingredients

  • 510 Grams raspberries
  • 250 Grams Granulated sugar

Instructions

  • You can buy brand new jars or you can use jars from food you’ve bought. In both cases make sure they’re super clean and dry.
  • Wash the raspberries and make sure to dry them with paper towels or that spin thing to dry food. Now you wanna add the sugar and mix.
  • Make sure to cook the raspberries for about 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Stir constantly, you need to cook it until you like the consistency of the raspberry jam, check the consistency using a cold plate. Fill the jars with jam, make sure there’s not a lot of space between the jam and the lid. Close them really tightly.
  • Put a towel, shirt or whatever clothing thing you have and put it at the bottom of the pot, and on the sides too. This will prevent the jars from breaking. Now cover them with water, it should be above the jar. Stove at high heat and once they start boiling set a timer for 40 minutes. Make sure it’s boiling all the time during the 40 minutes, it should not stop.
  • Now you can store them in a dark place, they dont need to stay in the fridge.
