Easy and delicious strawberry tiramisu (in 30 minutes)! This is our refreshing NO bake really creamy strawberry tiramisu. Rich in flavor and fresh ingredients, this recipe doesn’t contain a single drop of coffee or alcohol, we use strawberry jam to soften the ladyfingers, but you can always change the ingredients and make it however you like it the most!
This is not a traditional tiramisu recipe but it’s absolutely amazing. You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make it but it’s really important that you use good quality strawberries (I know it’s a little hard to find good quality products nowadays and the prices are crazy but if you can afford It it would be amazing).
You can also make the strawberry jam or you can buy it, it’s really easy to make and it only takes a couple minutes. In my family we always make a lot of strawberry jam on summer since we have a lot in our garden and then we put it in jars so we can eat the yummiest jams all year.

You don’t need a lot of special materials to create this amazing dish. Here you have some things you should use:
- Bowls
- spatula
- Whisk
- A pan or plate to put the tiramisu (we use the plastic from the Ferrero Rocher size 30 chocolates)
- Cooking pan
- Mascarpone
- heavy whipping cream
- sugar
- eggs
- strawberries
- lemon
- Ladyfingers
For this recipe we are using heavy whipping cream, we recommend you to make it by yourself not using a store-bought already whipped cream.
You can make so many variations to this recipe, you can use the fruits you like the most like using cherries instead of strawberries, or blackberries, blueberries…
you can also use another jam. If you prefer soaking the ladyfingers into something like it’s done with the traditional tiramisu you can also do that. I will always recommend you to experiment in the kitchen and make it in your own way.
This recipe serves 4 people and we are using the plastic box of 30 Ferrero Rocher but you can use any baking pan or plastic box of your choice. We used an electric hand mixer but you don’t need one, you can use a whisk but it would take a little more time when doing the eggs step.
HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY JAM?
making jam is really simple and easy [ for 1k of fruit you need 500 grams of sugar ] or [5 cups of fruit and 2 + 1/2 cups of sugar] I also like to add a some freshly squeezed lemon juice. Everyone has their own fruit/ sugar proportions and all of them are fine, the more sugar you add the more time is gonna preserve.
in this case we need
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) of strawberries
- 4 tbsp (50 grams) of sugar
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
You’re gonna wash the strawberries and put everything in a pot/ casserole/ pan, on medium heat. You should constantly stir so it doesn’t stick to the bottom, you’re gonna know it’s ready when it starts to thicken a little bit.
RECIPE in grams and cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup (170 grams) of mascarpone
- 3/4 cup (170 grams) of heavy whipping cream
- 6.5 tbsp (80 grams) of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10 ladyfingers
- strawberry jam
INSTRUCTIONS:
1- To make this delicious tiramisu we are gonna start Pouring the mascarpone cheese into a bowl and work it using a spoon, spatula or even a fork, we want to make it softer so the tiramisu doesn’t have any lumps.
2. For the whipped cream you’re gonna add heavy whipping cream into a cold bowl and whip on medium speed if you’re using an electric hand mixer. If you’re doing it manually with a whisk do it as fast as you can;,) . When you see that the cream starts to thicken a little bit, you are gonna add 3 tbsp of sugar ( we are using half here and the other half when doing the eggs ).
You will know when the whipped cream is ready when it’s pretty much doubled in size and it holds its shape on the end of the whisk. Make sure you don’t over-beat the cream because it would make butter.
3. In another bowl beat two eggs for two minutes and then add the other half of sugar (3.5tbsp), this part takes a while that’s why I recommend you using a electric mixer, a lot of people likes to do the egg yolk first and then the egg whites in another bowl but I like to do it all together. The eggs are gonna end up having a “thick” consistency, they’re gonna have a really light color. It should take you about 6 minutes (6-10).
4. Now you’re gonna add 1/3 part of the eggs into the mascarpone cheese. Mix carefully using a spatula. Add the mascarpone cheese into the eggs bowl and mix carefully. Now pour 1/3 part of the whipped cream into the eggs (and mascarpone), mix carefully. Now you can add the rest of whipped cream and mix all together.
5. You’re gonna cut the strawberries and place them on all the sides of plastic box or cooking pan and put a layer of strawberry jam at the bottom. Once you have a thick layer of jam you can add the ladyfingers on top.
6. Cut some strawberries and add them on top of the ladyfingers.
7. We used a piping bag to add the cream we made before but you don’t have to, it’s gonna be way too runny to manage and it’s gonna be easier for you just to pour it on top.
8. You can add another layer of ladyfingers and then the rest of the cream on top (we are gonna use half and half of the cream since it’s two layers). It should end with the layer of cream not with the ladyfingers.
9. Add a strawberry on top of that and refrigerate. You can leave it overnight, you can put it in the freezer for a couple of hours or you can just leave it on the fridge for about 6h.

- When you’re making whipped cream make sure the cream is really cold and the bowl too.
- make sure the bowls you’re using don’t have any water or grease
- use fresh strawberries if you can
- Don’t over beat the cream, if you do you’re gonna have butter.
- if you forget to add sugar while whipping cream you can add it at the end, just use icing sugar not granulated.
