We couldn’t decide what animal to make while we were preparing this pizza so we did a mix of everything, you have a pig, bear, cat and bunny pizza. The shape didn’t turn out as pretty as we wanted it to be but it’s still delicious.
You can always use your favorite toppings when making pizza, we always realize we dont have any pizza ingredients when we have the dough ready to use, so our pizza is really boring, anyways. This is a pizza for 1 or 2 people and you can shape them in tinny animals or just a huge one.

we made this website with WordPress.org and we got our domain with Bluehost . Since we don’t know a lot about website design we used a template and then we activated everything like they say with 17th avenue (we are using the Mia template) they also install it for you or you can do it yourself.

Yeast
Fresh yeast
For this recipe this time, we are using fresh yeast!. This one is our favorite because you only have to mix everything without having to make a sponge each time and it always proofs faster. Since now the weather is starting to be really hot make sure to add the yeast 5 minutes before finish kneading your dough.
Dry yeast
If you don’t have fresh yeast you can use active dry yeast. As long as you are using yeast. We are using 1 tablespoon of the fresh one on this so you wanna make sure to use 1 teaspoon of dry yeast. That you are gonna be mixing with lukewarm water. Make sure to wait for about 10 minutes and when you see bubbles on top it’s really to use.
Shape
I dont really like the shape on this one so maybe go to Pinterest and find some really good inspiration. We made a huge ball then you wanna make 5 tiny ones for the paws and tail. Two other small ones for the ears, initial idea on this was to make a bunny, so we made them bunny shaped. Then, a bigger one that you wanna stuff with loads of mozzarella cheese for the animal head.
We had these tiny pepperoni I didn’t know where you can buy them y itself, we just buy the pepperoni pizza from the grocery store and use the toppings for our recipes since its really hard to find pepperoni in our country and if you do is really expensive.
We used chocolate to draw the eyes but you can use whatever you prefer.
Bread
We didn’t make this dough really thin tbh because we didn’t have space to do it but you can always roll out the dough with a rolling pan and make sure it’s not that thick. Also you can cook it more time if you want, this one doesn’t have a lot of color because we didn’t want it to be too colored but it was cooked.

RECIPE in cups and grams
INGREDIENTS:
Dough
- 125 ml (4.23 oz) of water
- 113 grams (0.9 cups) of bread flour
- 113 grams (0.9 cups) of all purpose flour
- 15 grams (1 tablespoon) fresh yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Toppings
- 250 grams (2.23 cups) mozzarella cheese
- 40 grams (0.35 cups) pepperoni
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Oregano
- Basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1)First step, ingredients
Sift bread flour and all purpose flour with a flour sifter, add salt and mix with a whisk. Add water and extra virgin olive oil.
2)Second step, knead
you need to knead this dough for about 20 minutes or 25, until the dough is elastic and stretchy. You want to add the fresh yeast on the last five minutes of kneading so it doesn’t start to proof in the middle of the kneading.
We use a stand mixer on medium low speed, dough hook attachment.
3)Third step, proof
Make sure to proof this dough in a clean bowl for about 1h, cover with plastic wrap. It should look like this after this time. Leave the dough in a warm place so it proofs faster.
4)Forth step, crust
Separate a part of this dough to make the body parts, such as the paws, tail, head and ears. Then stretch the dough with your hands or a rolling pan and make this round shape. Stuff the crust with lots of cheese, whatever cheese you prefer, we are using mozzarella.
5)Fifth step, shape
You want to stuff the head with some mozzarella cheese, then make the other body parts, and slightly press the dough on where you wanna put them so they don’t fall from the pizza. Allow this to rest for 20 minutes.
For the tomato sauce we like to blend raw tomato, salt and extra virgin olive oil. You can use whatever tomato sauce you prefer for this. Add oregano, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and pepperoni. Use whatever toppings you prefer.
6)Sixth step, bake
Now you want to bake this at 200C or 390F for about 15 minutes, you can bake it more time if you want we just wanted the pizza to not have a lot of color. decorate with food coloring, or chocolate for the eyes.
