- 2 eggs
- 110 grams granulated sugar (0.55 cups)
- 250 ml whole fat cow milk (8.45 floz)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 300 grams all purpose flour (2.4 cups)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
1)First step, eggs
- This is how you make a Nutella pancake Crack two eggs, better if you do it in a glass so you can check them, sometimes they are rotten and it’s not really nice when you add the eggs into your batter. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the granulated sugar.
2)Second step, mix fast or you will have scrambled eggs
- Make sure you have a whisk because you need to really fast mix it or you will have cooked eggs. When sugar gets in contact with the eggs they cook and it’s not a texture you want in your waffles, i promise lol. Add oil, you can use whatever fat you like better, even MELTED butter.
3)Third step, dry ingredients
- Add the baking powder or baking soda, you can use the one you like to use it will turn out good anyways. Sift the flour with a flour sifter.
4)Forth step, mix
- Now you want to start incorporating the milk slowly and keep mixing with a whisk so we don’t end up having any flour lumps. If you end up with a not smooth batter just blend it. It’s fine.
5)Fifth step, bake
- Here you can see the batter.
- Now you want to have your waffle maker warm and ready, put some butter or oil with the help of a paper towel or a brush and cover the middle with the batter. Then add Nutella on top and cover with more batter. We didn’t do this right so it spilled everywhere.
