Ingredients
Oreos, we need them for the crust, the cheesecake filling and to decorate.
Melted butter, melt it in the microwave we are gonna use this only for the cookie crust.
white chocolate, its gonna give more flavor to the cheesecake filling and we are also gonna use it to decorate our No bake Oreo cheesecake.
milk chocolate, we are gonna melt it and pour it on top of the cheesecake to decorate.
cream cheese, It’s the base of our cake make sure its at room temperature.
powdered sugar, to sweeten our cheesecake, if you dont have powdered sugar you can use granulated sugar but make sure to blend it so it gets smooth.
whipping cream, we add it in our cheesecake to give it an airy texture.
Tips
This is an easy recipe so you don’t even need a lot of tips, here are the most important ones,
- Make the oreo crust and leve it in the freezer to harden while you make the cheesecake filling.
- soften the cream cheese, its better if you leave it in the stand mixer there for about 10 minutes so its ready to use, if you want you can do this as the first step so its ready when you wanna make the cheesecake.
- don’t over-whip your whipping cream or you’re gonna make butter.
- don’t use store bought already whipped cream, it takes three minutes to whip and the results are so much better
- if you are from Europe maybe you do need gelatin for this recipe, so if you are softening the cream cheese and it ends up liquid, you wanna use about two gelatin sheets, put them in cold water for two minutes, then warm up a little a part of the cream cheese and mix it together until they melt. When i use the cream cheese from Spain it gets liquid and gelatin is needed.
- if you don’t have powdered sugar but you have granulated sugar put that into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and fine sugar.
- allow it to set in the fridge for enough time.
- Best served cold, not recommended when the weather is too hot.

You don’t need gelatin to make this No bake Oreo cheesecake. We used one pack of 439 grams of oreos, but we are not gonna use all of them.

How to make it
To make this recipe you dont even need a lot of different ingredients, and it has very easy steps.
We start by making the crust of our cheesecake and leaving it in the freezer to harden while we make our cheesecake filling. For the filling we need to make sure to work the cream cheese so its soft and we also need to whip heavy cream, we mix all the cheesecake ingredients and we pour it on the crust, throwing some extra crushed oreos in the middle.
it’s important to let this cheesecake set in the fridge for at least 8h so its best to make it the night before, but if you need it soon you can also leave it in the freezer for about 3h for it to set. Decorate with chocolates and some extra oreos and youre done! INGREDIENTS:
Oreo crust
- 18 oreos (only the biscuit)
- 40 grams butter
Oreo cheesecake
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 120 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 18 oreos (only the cream from inside)
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 10 chopped oreos
- 3 Chopped oreos
Decorate
- 120 grams milk chocolate
- 50 grams white chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:
1)First step, oreos
To make this no bake oreo cheesecake the first step is to separate the oreo biscuits, gently twist the oreo biscuits apart, place the cookie parts in one bowl and the cream filling in another separate bowl that we are gonna use later for the cheesecake.
2)Second step, crust
Now you need to crush the oreo cookies into a fine texture, you can use a food processor or with a rolling pin.
- Using a food processor, transfer the cookie oreos into the food processor and blend until they are crushed into fine crumbs.
- ziplock bag, place the oreo cookies inside the bag, close it making sure there’s no air inside the bag now use a rolling pin and gently crush them applying pressure.
Melt the butter on the microwave and mix it with the oreo crumbs.
3)Third step, crust
Now grease a pan and pour in the oreo crumbs mixed with butter, press the mixture into the pan using the back of the spoon or a flat bottomed glass to press the mixture firmly and evenly onto the bottom of the pan, i can go a little on the sides too.
Leave it in the freezer.
4)Forth step, cream cheese
Now you need to soften the cream cheese, make sure it’s at room temperature if you are gonna use a spatula for this step, you wanna mix it for about 5 to 10 minutes until its soft, if you have a stand mixer this step is gonna be easier, use the paddle attachment and mix at low speed for 5 to 10 minutes.
Once the cream cheese is ready you can add the powdered sugar.
5)Fifth step, mix
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar until you get a smooth texture.
6)Sixth step, ingredients
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, make sure to stir it at regular intervals to ensure even melting and to prevent it from burning. Place the chocolate in a microwave safe plate and heat it for 10 seconds, carefully remove the bowl and give it a stir with a spoon, place the plate back in the microwave and heat it again for 10 more seconds, stir and repeat this process until its fully melted.
Add the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese, you also wanna add now the oreo cream filling from the first step and mix.
7)Seventh step, whipping cream
Roughly chop the oreo cookies into smaller pieces and pour them into the cream cheese mix. In a separate clean and dry bowl, whip the heavy cream using a whisk or an electric mixer on medium speed. Continue whisking until the cream starts to form soft peaks. Pour it into the cream cheese mix and mix using a spatula.
Dont over whip the whipping cream.
8)Eight step, cake pan
Pour half of the filling into the crust and spread it evenly, chop three oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the cheesecake, add the remaining cheesecake filling and spread it evenly to cover the oreo layer and smooth the top using a spatula or spoon. Set in the fridge for about 8 hours allowing it to set.
9)Ninth step, decorate
Melt in one bowl milk chocolate and in another bowl white chocolate, pour it all over the cheesecake covering the entire surface. Now add melted white chocolate and add it using a spoon only in some parts of the cheesecake. Create a pattern with a toothpick. Cut and eat.
