Step one 1, cream the Mascarpone Cheese
- Place the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and work it gently with a spoon or spatula until smooth and creamy. This ensures a perfect base for your strawberry tiramisu layers.

- Pour heavy whipping cream into a cold bowl and whip on medium speed using an electric mixer or whisk. Gradually add half of the sugar and continue whisking until the cream holds stiff peaks. This step is key for achieving a light and fluffy texture in your strawberry tiramisu.
Step three 3, beat the eggs
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs for two minutes. Gradually add the remaining sugar and whisk using an electric mixer or whisk until the mixture turns pale and creamy, about 10 minutes. This creates a smooth and airy base for your strawberry tiramisu.
Step four 4, combine the mascarpone, eggs and whipped cream
