This is my mommy’s cheesecake recipe, my favorite in the entire planet you cannot make me try another cheesecake recipe after this one being in this planet. It’s the best Easy creamy rich cheesecake. She always makes me this cake for my birthday too!
It’s really easy you just need to MIX everything, no difficult things at all! Contains really normal ingredients and it’s really yummy. We added vanilla ice cream on top to eat with the cheesecake and I’m surprised I’ve never tried that before because omggggg. Amazing, it makes sense tho because I love cheesecake ice cream.

Ingredients you’re gonna need:
- Cream cheese
- yogurt ( I personally like Greek yogurt better for this but use your yogurt of choice!)
- sugar
- Cornstarch
- eggs
- vanilla
- you can also add a tbsp of condensed milk and it’s gonna be even more delicious 🙂

- cooking mold (I used a bread one because I wanted to eat rectangular shaped cheesecake)
- Whisk
- I also used a blender to blend everything because I didn’t want any lumps.
You can make a lot of variations, you can also add condensed milk, my mom also always adds raisins (it’s Maia’s favorite combination but my favorite one is adding ice cream and jam. This one is a homemade raspberry jam my dad made.
HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY JAM:
making jam is really simple and easy [ for 1k of fruit you need 500 grams of sugar ] or [5 cups of fruit and 2 + 1/2 cups of sugar] I also like to add some freshly squeezed lemon juice. Everyone has their own fruit/ sugar proportions and all of them are fine, the more sugar you add the more time is gonna preserve.
in this case we need
- 1 + 1/2 cup (300 grams) of raspberries
- 12 tbsp (150 grams) of sugar
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
You’re gonna wash the raspberries and put everything in a pot/ casserole/ pan, on medium heat. You should constantly stir so it doesn’t stick to the bottom, you’re gonna know it’s ready when it starts to thicken a little bit.
RECIPE in grams and cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (450 grams) cream cheese
- 1 cup (245 grams) of yogurt
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) of sugar
- 1/4 cup (40 grams ) of cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make this super Easy creamy rich cheesecake:
- Literally mix everything in a bowl. You can add a tbsp of condescend milk if you want to.
- Bake at 200 C (395 F) for about 40 – 45
(Update: my dad says we cannot write a recipe like this and we need to elaborate on the instructions)
- Firstly preheat the oven at 200 C (395F)
- Crack the eggs open and pour the inside into a bowl.
open a yogurt and pour it inside the bowl - open the cream cheese and add what you need into the same bowl
- open the bag of sugar and pour the quantity you need into said bowl.
do the same thing with the cornstarch. - open the bottle of vanilla and add in a tbsp of the content.
- Lastly bake for 40- 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick, it should not be liquid, a little bit of crumbs but not a lot.
