1/2 tablespoon dry milk powder (not necessary if you don’t have it)
50 grams red and green M&M’s

450 grams cream cheese

Instructions
1)First step, brown butter
Start by browning the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until it turns golden Brown and has a nutty aroma. Let it cool slightly.
2)Second step, toast flour
Toast the flour and dry milk powder slightly to make the cookie dough taste better and also make sure it’s safe to eat if you wanna try it before baking it with the cheesecake. Sift the flour to ensure a smoother cookie dough.
3)Third step, cookie dough
In a mixing bowl combine the cooled brown butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, flour, milk powder. Add the green and red M&Ms and mix with a spatula.
4)Forth step, baking pan
Spread 3/4 parts of the cookie dough evenly in a greased baking pan. Chill it in the refrigerator while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
5)Fifth step, cream cheese
In a mixing bowl beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy. You can also use a stand mixer for this step.
6)Sixth step, ingredients
To the cream cheese add the granulated sugar, heavy whipping cream and eggs. In a separate bowl mix the cornstarch with the yoghurt until smooth then add it to the rest of cheesecake ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour the cheesecake batter into the greased baking pan.
7)Seventh step, bake
Pre heat the oven at 350 F ( 175 C ).
Use the rest of cookie dough, take small portions of cookie dough and spread them around on top of the cheesecake. Bake for 1h and allow it to cool down with the oven door closed. Leave on the fridge overnight before decorating it.
8)Eight step, decorate
melt white chocolate and pour it on top of the cheesecake. Add some M&Ms on top, cut and serve.
