Description
These White Chocolate Dubai Strawberries are the perfect indulgence! Fresh strawberries are layered with a creamy pistachio spread, crispy toasted kataifi dough, and rich melted white chocolate to create a dessert that’s both luxurious and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 300 grams fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- 57 grams Kataifi dough
- 5 tablespoons pistachio butter
- 50 grams white chocolate
Instructions
step one, Prepare the Strawberries
- Clean, pat dry, and cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. This makes them easier to eat and ensures the melted chocolate sticks better.
step two, Toast the Kataifi Dough
- Cut the kataifi dough into smaller pieces and toast them in a pan with butter or ghee over medium heat. Keep a close eye on them, as they can burn quickly. Once golden brown, remove from the stove. We toasted our Kataifi too much so try to go for a lighter toasted look.
step three, Mix with Pistachio Cream
- Add the pistachio cream to the toasted kataifi and mix well. Set aside some pistachio cream for decoration later, if you’d like, though it’s not necessary.
step four, Melt the white Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate (or your choice of chocolate) in the microwave, stirring every 15-20 seconds to avoid burning. Once smooth and melted, it’s ready to use.
step five, Build the white Chocolate Strawberries
- Start by adding a layer of fresh strawberries at the bottom of your glass or serving dish. Then, add a layer of the pistachio mixture, followed by a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Repeat the layers—strawberries, pistachio mixture, and white chocolate—until you reach the top.
step six, Enjoy!
- Once everything is layered and the dessert is assembled, it’s time to indulge in these delicious, luxurious Dubai white chocolate strawberries! Enjoy your perfect blend of textures and flavors.
Notes
Toast the Kataifi Dough Carefully: Watch the kataifi dough while toasting to prevent it from burning. It should be golden brown and crispy.
Dry the Strawberries Well: Ensure the strawberries are thoroughly dried before dipping them in white chocolate so the chocolate sticks properly.
Melting White Chocolate: Stir the melted white chocolate every 15-20 seconds in the microwave to avoid burning. A smooth texture is key.
Layering Technique: If the white chocolate doesn’t stick, your strawberries might still be too wet. Pat them dry again before layering.
