  • 1 teaspoon butter

Crepes

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams milk
  • 100 grams all purpose flour
  • 40 grams granulated sugar
  • 25 grams melted butter (or oil)

Nutella banana

  • 4 tablespoons nutella
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon crushed nuts
  • 3 ferrero rocher

Oreos and cream

  • 2 tablespoon nutella
  • 45 grams whipped cream
  • 3 oreos

kinder bueno

  • 2 tablespoons kinder bueno spread
  • 2 kinder buenos

Instructions

  1. crepe batter Start by combining all-purpose flour, sugar, melted butter, and eggs in a bowl. Gradually add milk and mix until you have a smooth batter. Sieve the batter to ensure it’s lump-free and super smooth. This is a very easy crepe batter recipe!
  2. cook crepes Heat up your best non-stick or crepe pan and add a little oil or butter to prevent sticking. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling it to create a thin, even layer. Cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Here are three quick crepe filling ideas:
  4. sushi crepe banana nutella For Nutella Banana Crepes, place three crepes side by side, slightly overlapping. Spread Nutella over them (and optionally drizzle white chocolate spread for aesthetics). Add two bananas, roll them up, and cover with more Nutella. Top with crushed nuts and Ferrero Rocher for extra indulgence.
  5. sushi crepe oreo cream For Oreo Cream Crepes, layer three crepes, with two side by side and one underneath in the center. Spread Nutella and whipped cream, then sprinkle crushed Oreos. Roll and slice.
  6. sushi crepe kinder bueno For Kinder Bueno Crepes, spread Kinder Bueno spread (or melted Kinder chocolate) over a crepe. Place two Kinder Buenos end to end, roll it up, and slice into sushi-style pieces.
  7. cut and serve Cut each crepe roll into slices about one finger thick and arrange them on a board or plate.
