- 120 grams soft butter
- 40 grams granulated sugar
- 70 grams brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Small egg
- 150 grams All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons baking soda
- 60 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- work the soft butter with a spoon, fork o whatever you prefer.
- add sugars, egg, vanilla
- Stiff flour and baking soda
- cut the dark chocolate with a knife into small pieces
- add chocolate chip
- bake at 190 C or 374 F for about 13 minutes
