Description

This is the best recipe for oreo stuffed pancakes, they come so soft on the outside and have a nice crunchy interior. 


Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 125 g milk
  • 45 g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 190 g all purpose flour
  • 20 oreos
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Crack one egg into a bowl. Add sugar and milk, then mix with a whisk.
  2. Add oil, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix again.
  3. Add flour and mix gently – don’t overmix or they’ll become dense. The batter should be slightly thick.
  4. Dip Oreos completely in the batter to coat them.
  5. Warm a pan and add a drop of oil. Spread it using a paper towel – we don’t want the pan too oily.
  6. Add the coated Oreos to the pan, leaving space between each one. Cover with a lid.
  7. Cook on low-medium heat for about 1½ minutes (time may vary by stove).
  8. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1½ minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
