This is the best recipe for oreo stuffed pancakes, they come so soft on the outside and have a nice crunchy interior.

- 1 egg
- 125 g milk
- 45 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 190 g all purpose flour
- 20 oreos
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Instructions
- Crack one egg into a bowl. Add sugar and milk, then mix with a whisk.
- Add oil, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix again.
- Add flour and mix gently – don’t overmix or they’ll become dense. The batter should be slightly thick.
- Dip Oreos completely in the batter to coat them.
- Warm a pan and add a drop of oil. Spread it using a paper towel – we don’t want the pan too oily.
- Add the coated Oreos to the pan, leaving space between each one. Cover with a lid.
- Cook on low-medium heat for about 1½ minutes (time may vary by stove).
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1½ minutes.
- Remove from pan and repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
