Tips on how to make oreo crepe roll
Crepe batter:
-use warm milk and melted butter that is still hot. (If its too cold the milk will make the butter solidify and its a mess to fix)
-if you donโt want any flour lumps first mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the eggs and a splash of milk. Mix vigorously and you should end up with a thick batter, then add the rest of liquid ingredients.
cooking
-use a non stick pan to cook the crepes
-you should only need to butter the pan one time.
-move the pan around at the same time that you pour the crepe batter, make sure you make a really thin crepe.
oreo crepe roll
-make sure the crepe is cold or the whipped cream will melt.
-whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks or it will fall apart.
-leave in the freezer 5 minutes to firm up

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with some butter and spread it with paper all over the pan to prevent the crepe from sticking.
Once the pan is hot, pour a small part of the batter and immediately lift and tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly and thinly across the pan.
