Scale
- 2 eggs
- 110 grams granulated sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 260 grams all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 grams Nutella
Instructions
- Start by grabbing a mixing bowl. Crack two eggs and beat them with a whisk. To that, you’re gonna add the milk and sugar, and mix again.
- Add the oil and baking powder, then mix.
- Last, add the flour and mix again—but be careful not to overmix, as the pancakes can become dense if you do.
- Heat a pan and add a few drops of neutral vegetable oil or butter, spreading it across the surface (a paper towel works—we don’t want too much oil). Once the pan is warm, pour in some batter (keep it thin!), cover with a lid, and cook on low heat. When you see bubbles and the edges look set, you can remove it. If you prefer, flip the pancake to cook the other side briefly.
- To assemble: Place a spoonful of Nutella in the center of one pancake, top with another, press gently, and enjoy!
