Description
This is the perfect easy and creamy no bake cheesecake for Nutella and Oreo lovers. It has a middle layer of Nutella, topped with oreos and Nutella.
Ingredients
CRUST
- 200 grams Oreos
- 50 grams melted butter
CHEESECAKE FILLING
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams Nutella
- 100 grams chopped oreos
- 200 grams heavy whipping cream (35%)
- 50 grams granulated sugar
MIDDLE LAYER
- 100 grams Nutella
DECORATE
- 100 grams Nutella
- 5 Oreos (only the biscuits)
- 6 Oreos
Instructions
CRUST
- To make this no-bake Nutella Oreo cheesecake, we’re gonna start by making the Oreo buttery crust. Crush the whole Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor, blender, or a ziplock bag and a rolling pin.

Once they’re crushed, add the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press this mixture into the pan using a spoon or your hands. Once it’s a uniform layer, leave it in the freezer while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
CHEESECAKE

Start by softening the room-temperature cream cheese with a spoon or spatula. Then, add the Nutella and mix again.

Whip the heavy whipping cream with the granulated sugar in a clean, dry bowl using a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Roughly chop some Oreos and fold them into the mixture carefully.

Add half of the mixture to the prepared pan and smooth it out. Drizzle some Nutella on top and spread it gently. Cover with the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth it again.

Chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
DECORATE

To decorate, crush an Oreo cookie finely. Warm up a thin layer of Nutella (just enough to drizzle), spread it over the cheesecake, and sprinkle the crumbs on top. Drizzle with extra Nutella before serving!
