  • 25 Waffle cookies (whole, for soaking)

  • 200 g Heavy whipping cream 35% fat (3/4 cup)

  • Milk Kinder Bueno bars (2 bars)
  • White chocolate Kinder Bueno (2 bars)
  • 100 g Milk chocolate (3/4 cup)
  • 140 g Kinder Bueno spread (1/2 cup)

Instructions

 Prepare the soaking mixture

  1. In a small bowl, mix Kinder Bueno spread with milk until smooth.
  2. Lightly soak the whole waffle cookies in this mixture. Make sure they absorb flavor but stay intact.

Make the filling

  1. Whip heavy cream with sugar using a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form. Don’t overwhip.
  2. In a separate bowl, fold the cream cheese with the Kinder spread using a spatula. Don’tt whisk.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

Assemble the dessert

  1. Place a layer of soaked waffle cookies at the bottom of your square pan.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Kinder spread on top.
  3. Add a layer of Kinder filling.
  4. Repeat with another layer of soaked waffles, Kinder spread, and remaining filling.
  5. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Decorate

  1. Melt the Kinder spread and pour over half of the dessert.
  2. Melt milk chocolate and pour over the other half. To melt: Chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave in 10–15 second intervals, stirring each time, or use a double boiler. Make sure no water gets in and don’t overheat.
  3. Break milk and white Kinder Bueno bars into smaller pieces and place on top
