- 5 Tbsp butter ((70 grams))
- 1 1/2 eggs
- 1 Block fresh yeast (25 grams ((1 1/2 tbsp))
- 1/2 Tsp salt
Egg wash
- 1 egg
Instructions
- put all the dough ingredients in a bowl
- knead for 20 minutes
- allow the dough to proof for 1h30 minutes
- cut the dough into 4 sections about 170 grams each
- Fold like on the pictures
- allow the dough to proof for 25 minutes
- paint with egg
- bake at 0 C 392 F for about 34 minutes
