Description

Today, we’re going to teach you how to make the perfect Kinder pizookie in a skillet. It’s the ultimate dessert for sharing and the best weekend treat idea. It’s easy, delicious, and completely customizable!

Ingredients

Units Scale

Cookie dough

  • 120 grams butter (Melted)
  • 20 grams granulated sugar
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams all purpose flour
  • 3 kinder buenos

Filling

  • 2 tablespoon kinder bueno spread (or kinder maxi)
  • 1 kinder bueno

Instructions

  1. mix wet ingredients To make this gooey skillet cookie, start by pouring melted butter into a bowl. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, then mix well with a whisk. Add one egg and baking soda, and mix again.
  2. add dry ingredients Now, add the all-purpose flour and mix with a spatula. Fold in chocolate chunks or chips and chopped Kinder Buenos.
  3. build the pizookie Grab a small skillet and add half of the cookie dough. Make a well in the center and add the Kinder Bueno spread. Then, place one Kinder Bueno bar (split in half) side by side in the center. Cover with the rest of the cookie dough, making sure to smooth it out so everything stays inside the pizookie.
  4. refrigerate Freeze the skillet for about 30 minutes to help the dough hold its shape.
  5. bake Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t use a stand mixer—it’s better to mix the dough with a spatula. This makes it the perfect no-mixer cookie recipe!

Do not overmix the cookie dough, or it will become too dense.

Refrigerate the skillet before baking so the cookie holds its shape better. About 30 minutes should be enough.
