  • Yield: 5 Crepes 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale

Crepes

  • 1 egg
  • 125 grams milk
  • 50 grams all purpose flour
  • 20 grams powdered sugar
  • 15 grams melted butter

More

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 30 grams nutella
  • kinder bueno

Instructions

1)First step, Ingredients

  1. To make kinder bueno crepes you wanna start by cracking one egg into a clean and dry bowl then add flour and about 1/3 part of the milk.

2)Second step, mix

  1. Mix the ingredients using a whisk. The consistency should be thick and you should not have any flour lumps.

3)Third step, ingredients

  1. now you can add the powdered sugar, the rest of the milk and the melted butter. Its better if the milk is hot so the butter doesn’t get cold and solidifies when mixing all the ingredients..

4)Forth step, separate

  1. now separate about 1/3 of the crepe batter and add the cocoa powder, mix and if its too liquid add a teaspoon of flour.

5)Fifth step, bake

  1. transfer the cocoa but into a piping bag. Place the pan on the stove and heat it on low heat so the pan is a little warm. Add some butter to the pan and then create a pattern with the cocoa batter, allow it to cook for about 20 seconds and add the normal crepe batter on top.

6)Sixth step, crepe

  1. you can cook both sides or only one side i like to keep my crepes in a lighter color so i only cook them one side on low medium heat until its just cooked. Then add Nutella on the middle and kinder bueno.

7)Seventh step, fold

  1. you can now fold the crepes in the same way as shown in the picture. Enjoy your delicious kinder bueno crepes!
