- 85 grams granulated sugar

- 130 grams melted butter
- 45 grams cocoa powder
- 45 grams all purpose flour
- 20 grams Nutella
- 65 grams chocolate chips

Melt the butter and chocolate: In a pan, melt the butter. Once melted and bubbly, add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Mix the dry ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder and flour to the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine, then set aside.

Whisk the eggs and sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and slightly increased in volume. This usually takes about 4 minutes.

Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Be careful not to overmix. The goal is to combine the ingredients until smooth without losing the fluffiness of the eggs.
