Description

Indulge in the ultimate treat with these rich and fudgy Nutella-stuffed brownies! Perfectly baked to create crispy edges and a gooey, chocolate-filled center, these brownies are every chocolate lover’s dream.

Ingredients

Scale

Brownie

  • 2 eggs
  • 85 grams granulated sugar
  • 150 grams chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 130 grams melted butter
  • 45 grams cocoa powder
  • 45 grams all purpose flour
  • 20 grams Nutella
  • 65 grams chocolate chips

Filling

  • 60 grams Nutella

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate: In a pan, melt the butter. Once melted and bubbly, add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder and flour to the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine, then set aside.

  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and slightly increased in volume. This usually takes about 4 minutes.

  4. Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Be careful not to overmix. The goal is to combine the ingredients until smooth without losing the fluffiness of the eggs.

  5. Add chocolate chips: Stir in the chocolate chips for extra texture and chocolatey goodness.

  6. Prepare the ramekins: Grease or line two small ramekins. Add half of the brownie batter to the bottom of each ramekin, spreading it evenly. Create a well in the center and fill it generously with Nutella. Then, top with the remaining brownie batter and smooth it out.

  7. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) while you prepare the batter and ramekins.

  8. Bake the brownies: Place the ramekins in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—aim for the center to be slightly gooey, as the brownies will continue to set as they cool.

  9. Cool and serve: Let the brownies sit for about 10 minutes before serving. They’re perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of extra Nutella for added indulgence. Enjoy your fudgy, Nutella-filled treat!
