Sushi crepes are delicious crepes filled with a variety of fillings—in this case, we’re using Nutella and banana, Oreo cream, and Kinder Bueno. They’re cut into sushi-like rolls, making them very easy to make, super fun, and perfect for any occasion!

Crepes are literally my favorite breakfast—they’re so yummy and delicious! We wanted to create a crepe board, and it’s been trending on Pinterest to make sushi-style foods without using actual fish. Personally, I’ve never had sushi in my life. Why? Because I’m a super picky eater, I don’t trust others making my food, I’m too lazy to make sushi myself (not gonna lie), and it’s pretty pricey. So, sushi is a no for me… for now!

So, here’s what we did:
- Nutella and Banana Crepe: We made a crepe, spread Nutella on it, added a whole banana and white chocolate spread, then covered it with more Nutella and almonds. To decorate, we added some Ferrero Rocher.
- Oreo Crepe: For this one, we covered the crepe with Nutella, added whipped cream (you can make it yourself or use store-bought), and sprinkled crushed Oreos on top.
- Kinder Bueno Crepe: For the last one, we spread Kinder Bueno spread (or melted Kinder chocolate if you don’t have the spread) on the crepe, placed two Kinder Buenos in the center, and rolled it up.
Each crepe was cut into sushi-like rolls. Now that I’m talking about this, I’m kinda craving sushi… lol!

How to build crunchy oreo crepes
Let’s make the Oreo cream crepe filling! For this crepe, we’re going to use 3 crepes as our base. Place two side by side, slightly overlapping, and the third one underneath them in the center. Spread Nutella all over the center of the crepes, then add whipped cream and crushed Oreos. Roll them up and cut into slices about one finger thick. Place them on a board or plate, and top with extra Oreo crumbs to make it look even prettier!

Nutella banana crepe
For this Nutella banana crepe recipe, we’re going to lay three crepes side by side. Cover them with Nutella, and if you’d like, add some white chocolate spread in decorative lines. Place two bananas on top, roll them up, and cover with more Nutella. Finish with crushed hazelnuts or almonds and Ferrero Rocher. Cut into slices and serve! They turn out to be the best creamy Nutella crepes.

Kinder bueno crepe dessert
For the last one, the most decadent kinder bueno crepes, spread Kinder Bueno spread (or melted Kinder chocolate) over the crepe. Place two Kinder Buenos together, bottom to bottom, then roll it up and cut into slices!

Best tips
Here are the best tips I can give you:
- Don’t overcook the crepes: They should look beautifully golden and lightly browned.
- Sieve the crepe batter: Even if it doesn’t look lumpy, it tends to clump up, so sieving ensures a smooth batter.

FAQs About sushi crepes
Sushi crepes are a fun and creative twist on traditional crepes, inspired by the presentation of sushi. Instead of serving crepes flat or folded, they’re rolled up and sliced into bite-sized pieces, just like sushi rolls! These crepes are filled with sweet or savory ingredients—like Nutella, bananas, Oreos, Kinder Bueno, or even fresh fruit—and often topped with decorative garnishes like crushed nuts, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream. They’re perfect for parties, desserts, or a unique breakfast treat!

Once you’ve mixed all the ingredients, place a sieve over another bowl and pour the crepe batter through it. This will ensure the batter is lump-free!
